Can't seem to get the Webalizer going on one of my sites. Read the help section and followed instructions (logrotate), but still no luck.

Any suggestions?

What error do you get?

Something like - log info not available at this time. I checked the ftp and web folders and they are both empty... no log info.

Hmm, I will have to monitor the logrotate on that server tonight and see if it is working correctly.

FYI The other sites in my reseller account work fine.

Still no luck with Webalizer. Is there an easy way to reinstall without deleting the existing site?

Actually I set up a script to watch the logrotate, and didnt see your site, but then I was looking for rosehillcabin.com, which I guess is not your site since it doesnt exist on our servers.. I need to know the name of the site in question.

It is a problem with Ensim and I have a couple posts on their forum and we are trying to figure it out. We are not the only ones with the issue, it seems many users are having the identical problem. I am hoping for a fix soon.
