I see that the script provides a Paypal gateway for accepting payments, what are the chances of getting 2Checkout gateway? Im looking at purchasing this script and having this would be a big plus :)

One other question: Is it possible to use my own Header and footer? I would really like to integrate it into my site. The header is flash and uses Javascript for other functions. I have found that it doesnt work with some php scripts which say you can use your own header and footer.

The script comes with a header and footer template which you can edit to make it look like the rest of your site easy enough.

We will consider other payment gateways if a customer (i.e. you :) ) will work with us on it. To incorporate 2checkout.com we would either need to setup a night where we can work on it together, or we would need access to your 2checkout.com account so we can test it.

The main thing is, we are not going to buy a merchant account from every provider just to incorporate it into the script. Let me know if your interested.
