Hey, I have a problem with the second nameserver,
according to your FAQ its ns1.primarydns.com and according to the email i got its ns2.worldwidecreations.com which one is this. Switching my nameserver to ns2.worldwidecreations.com brings up an error, however when its left at ns1.primarydns.com it sometimes sends me to netfirms (the company hosting my domain name). Which nameservers do i use?

You need to set it to ns2.worldwidecreation.com NOT ns2.worldwidecreations.com.
