This means you can have 50 different logins, each with their own POP mailbox and webspace. Reseller accounts offer virtually unlimited users.

You can use your credit card to pay via paypal, so I am not sure I understand your question.

We can only accept Paypal at this time for hosting as it requires recurring billing.

No domain names are included.
