I've tried both the IP and Worldwidecreation links and sometimes they work, sometimes they don't... How can this become consistent?

Also I've set up an account, pointed the domain to your nameservers, yet 2 days later I still can't ftp with the user and pw I originally configured. When I attempt to verify/reset the info via control panel I get message "page not found"... What am I doing wrong?

Well, first of all, if you cannot log in with the username you are trying, don't retry over and over or the server will think you are trying to brute force attack it and ban your IP.

Your one domain (rnlaw.net) still comes up with a different nameserver than ours, it shows the namesecure dns.

It really sounds like your PC is having issues as you stated in your last email to us as nobody else is having this problem. If your PC is still having a hard time resolving server1.worldwidecreations.com then edit the hosts file on that PC with a text editor:

Windows XP = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K = C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98\ME = C:\WINDOWS

Add this entry:

207.234.129.35 server1.worldwidecreations.com

Restart your PC.

Another problem that I found was the complete ineptness of yours truly by forgetting that high security sites require users to login with their username AND domain name. So the FTP username is user@domain.com. My apologies and I promise to get more sleep from now on. :)
