Hello I am new to the forum and seem to be not finding much information about the "rules" of admin of the software on the main website. I do understand the procedure in installing it on our server and that most of the client’s setup will be in the client software and how to "brand" the client. I own an I.S.P. and am wondering do I tell my "clients" to post their problems here at this forum or do I post their problems here?

Hmm, are you referring to the World Wide Messenger or World Wide INSTANT Messenger? It sounds like the latter. We of course handle most support questions here in the forum but only from the customer who purchases the WWIM since they are the only ones who really can change anything either way as far as the client or server goes.

Yes I have posted this in the WRONG forum....well if you are going to be new and make a mistake why not ALL the way! Thank you that was pretty much what I had thought was the way it would work. I have looked all over for information about the current release (WWIM), yes I know wrong forum, and I will not post here after this, Is the "1" page on the website all the information about the current release? If not please send me to a location where there is more info about the program.
Again sorry for the wrong posting and any help on the above questions is much appreciated.
