I'm using Activestats2 and using AIRTEL GPRS to connect to internet. I tested AS2 on my local area network and was working pretty good. But when i put the same thing onto my website, i was not able to start as i went to the website, AS2 didn't showed me on that page in the windows application. When i click on chat the pop window shows the operator online but the software is not able to receive the messages. I would like to tell you that all people using AIRTEL GPRS have same real IP and they are connected to server address 10.6.6.6 and theri Client IP is 10.XXX.XXX.XXX

Please provide me the appropriate solution or i would have to get the refund for the product.
