Hello, I've installed the tables correctly with no problems into my MySQL Db, I also have some actions being updated into tmp/activity.php

I have paypal IPN set to [url] /paypal/index.php

But
I have no record of the transaction in the MySQL db
I have no records when I search for ALL or any transactions

I've read elsewhere from 2006 posts that the PHP paypal assistant is quite buggy with problems for POST functionality. I am planning to use this so do you suggest buying/using the cgi version instead?

I am prepared to do what it takes to get this working

There are no real bugs that should affect your installation.

First, when you say there is data in the activity file, what does this data in general show (without posting any email addresses)?

Interestingly, I created a wildcard search and this IS in the database.

however there is NO ipn history in the database nor available for viewing through the web browser.

Any suggestions ?

So you see these in the wildcard history but no other history? It sounds like you did not create a proper item to handle said sales. Are you sure you created proper IPN actions for these items?

Database is now being updated. CLosing off this ticket and raising another one about email triggers.
