I purchased this script on August 3rd and never received the script. How do I go about receiving it?

I sent my T id via the Contact form and still haven't heard anything nor received a script. It's been two weeks since I purchased the script. As such, a prompt response and any help you can provide would be greatl appreciated.

I did reply to you with the script, are you sure the email is not arriving into your spam folder? Please contact us again via the contact form with your transaction ID, and send us a different email address and we can try it there.
