Somethig is wrong with the server. My sites are pingable but cannot be accesed via HTTP or POP3.

Please help !!

There are many times sites are not available to me yet I IM a friend and they can see them. Sometimes there are just issues with an ISP's network that can cause this and sometimes it could just be the server is throttling.

By that I mean, we have controls on the server that if the load becomes too high, it will throttle down and stop allowing connections to certain services until the load rebalances. You could have been in that loop although the logs do not indicate it. From what I see, there hasn't been any throttling on that server this week.
