I am using the php version, and I have to say... the documentation is junk. It gets really detailed on all of the parts that are easy to figure out on my own, and then it is vague and has typos on the areas that really matter.
I am extremely frustrated that it is such a pain in the butt to get this thing working, when it wouldn't have to be if the documentation were a little clearer.
I have it installed now using the sandbox. I have changed the url in the index.php. I have the IPN turned on, and linked to the index.php file. I set up one item called Widget that sells for a quarter. One action for this item is setup that will send an email to the [*payer_email*] with an attachment when a transaction is completed.
When I buy it with my other test account, the sale goes through and shows up fine in both accounts, but nothing happens at all in the paypal assistant, and no email is sent. :banghead:
