When I try to post an ad or view profile it takes me back to the log in page. I've logged in twice and it shows that there are 2 users but neither user can post an ad or get to the paypal checkout. Ad Manager, View Profile, and Place Ad, all take me back to the login page even though I'm already logged in. Any help?

Make sure you have cookies turned on on your browser, I was able to place an add and get the paypal link:

I had the same problem. If you look at your admin.cgi (you have to download it to examine it) my admin login created blurb after my user name, password etc generally "/td>" where the table definition was created inside the text of my user information.

Try it - it may be the answer!
