I wanted to know if I need to have anything else to go with this mambo mail pro or can I jsut buy the script and install it or do I need the Mambo scripts in fantastico installed. I'm not sure and I dont wanna purchase it with out knowing it for sure. :p

I have no idea what fantastico is, but you must have Mambo or Joomla installed on your site to use Mambo Mail Pro.

hi fantastic comes in cpanel hosting, and it offers both of mambo and joomla free so as long as I have one of them installed I can use email script.
