Hi,

I just installed WWmessenger 6.0

I can create accounts fine and think i have configured everything OK... I can send e-mail ok as well.

However; When i send an e-mail to one of the accounts i've created it doesnt appear in the inbox.

I know that my catchall e-mail address is working ok as when i login to that from the webmail access page my host provides i see all the e-mails that i have sent to different accounts i have set up with WWmessenger all correctly addressed. they just arn't appearing in the inboxs of the messanger program.

I checked the temp folder and downloaded the 'data.cgi' file and the error read: 'Popserver is not responding: Connection refused and Net::POP3: Timeout'

So, i changed the popserver in my admin account from the IP address of the (i think) popserver to mail.vezax.com (vezax.com is my domain). I then tried just vezax.com and none have worked.

Where do you think the problem is?

Are you sure you setup the pop username and pass correctly in the control panel?

Is the catch-all on a different physical server?

i figured out what it was. The popuser had to be the full email address of the catchall address not just the used ID.
