In the installation instructions provided for the PHP version, it says to point the IPN URL to paypal.cgi - but this file is not found in the PHP Version - only in the CGI Version. Am I supposed to be pointing the IPN URL to the functions.php file?

Yes, it is a typo. Read ALL the forums in this group and you will see it was addressed already. But that is a pain. I don't understand WHY they don't fix their errors and repackage the product. =(

Change paypal.cgi to index.php. This script is a joke so far.
