It wont let me add nothing to the ftp. and where do I put the cgi files for wwim.

You have to put the cgi files somewhere in the mainwebsite_cgi directory.

there is no cgi directory. The ftp tells me i cant add any thing.

What FTP client are you using? When you login there should be a folder called: mainwebsite_cgi and mainwebsite_html.

I'm usen IE.

when im not loged in i got bin, etc, pub. when loged in i dont have them or what you said. tell me a better ftp.

You are logging in as anonymous, that is why. You cannot use IE to login via FTP.

You document root is in the mainwebsite_html folder.

ok thank you. i think i got it all done right, just not sure on the paths and what to put in to tell net. what is the path to cgi-bin? and using flat files (cgi not php or sql and on your server) would there be an example i could see of what i put in telnet?
