Any clues as to why customers using Charter Communications - TN High-Speed internet service cannot access any of the sites hosted on Server1? All other ISP customers seem to have no trouble.

I appreciate any clues, suggestions, or information you can provide.

I would try a nslookup form a charter account to say server1.worldwidecreations.com and see what it returns.

Ping on any of my website urls yields the same results as server1 ping. It just started doing this on 4 days ago and no configuration changes were made to my network. I've tried turning off my firewall just to be sure, but I still get the same results.

I would contact charter about it with those tracert results. Sounds like there is an issue with their setup.
