In the Active Stats text file you get with your package you can read this.

"The ActiveStats software can be downloaded directly from our site . . ."

Where do I download this?

ok, I did that. But when I open the program it diectly says that my trial license has expired. I have my serial key but where do I register it?

I suggest you re-install it, we have cleared the database of known users, so nobody should be denied at this point.

this program was a major deciding point in purchasing the "big package" please assist, i have the same problem

Uninstall the application, and re-download the application and install.

It worked, but i started it only twice and then it said expired again.

also i could not figure out how to activate?

As soon as you had it working, you should have entered your ticket number. Is it working for you now?

i did not see anyplace to enter the serial.

no it is not working now, i have even tried to install on another computer. :banghead:
