I´ve installed the phpBB-Forum.
I have to use German-Language.
I´m missing the specific German letters (like ß, ö, ü etc.).
Instead of them there are grafical ones (like "䮧" or often a "?").

Is this a server setup´s issue or do I myself have to configure it somewhere?

It is a little urgent as I have to transfer an active forum as quick as possible!
