Hello - please help!

Reseller Account: server1.worldwidecreations.com:19638
(new installed) Site/Domain: box4free.com

Procedure:

- MAILBOXES/USERS - Add New User (all@box4free.com) = ok!
- ALIASES - "catch-all" to all@box4free.com = ok!

- Install Account in my E-Mail Client (Incredimail) = no errors!

- Send (Test)Mail from all@box4free.com to xy@any.com = no problems at all!
- Send (Test)Mail from xy@any.com to all@box4free.com (or to any xy@box4free.com) = no sending errors (also never delivery-error mails returning) but sent E-Mails are not shown at all@box4free.com Mailbox ("No New Mails!") - neither with my Windows E-Mail Client nor with SquirrelMail.

I´ve really tried everything - what is wrong?

Strange!!!! After I wrote this I looked once more into the mailbox all@box4free.com. And - surprise - there was a just received spammail (to info@box4free.com). Ok! I tried again to send a mail, now to info@box4free.com - and - as descibed above, the mail was not received (shown?)....

Please help! (By the way - I don´t have any problems with my E-Mail Client sending E-Mails to other addresses - they all arrive)

Could it be your ISP has not yet propogated the domain name and is sending email to the old host where you used to have the box4free.com domain?

I just sent you a test email, let me know if you received it (to the info address).

I got Your Testmail - thankyou!

I sent some Mails from different freemailaccounts (hotmail & co) - I received them!

I again tried some different accounts within my E-MailClient - I received all of them!

Just one account (unfortunately :( it´s my mainaccount) does not "cooperate" (explicitly!) with *@box4free.com - I really don´t know why...

But as I soon will transfer this domain too to Your server - it´s not a big problem at all (... allthough it´s an interesting phenomenon...)

ThankYou again for answering!

That would be my guess then, that the other ISP you are sending from probably has not received the information that your domain has moved yet. Some ISP's update their DNS's every few days where most do it every few hours. If this is the ISP you access the internet with, a good way to test this would be to run an nslookup from the command line of your PC:

nslookup box4free.com

and see which IP it comes up with. If it is your old IP, then that would pretty much confirm it.

You have to have all the settings in your admin correct for it to work. Are you trying to use smtp or sendmail? Depending on which you will need to have the correct settings in the messenger.cgi .

If using SMTP unhash the following line: use #Net::SMTP;
You will delete the pound sign (#)
