I tested the sendmail_emulator.cgi, but have no NET::SMTP, only normal SMTP service.
Where can I get the NET::SMTP client for windows ??
Is there any free download for this peace of software ?

Net::SMTP is not a client, it is a Perl Module which can be downloaded free at www.cpan.org.
