I dont really know of any service that really works these days. Most of how you get ranked these days is content, and popularity (linked on other sites). There are some basics on how to present your site to search engines, but if you are looking for some magic words to put in your site that will drive traffic, good luck, they don't really exist. And when a search engine finds you are somehow tricking their software, they generally will remove you from their index.
