I'm trying out the WW Ensim backup script right now :)

Another post in this forum mentioned excluding certain directories, like stats, using: $dir_to_exclude

I don't see that option in the script I just downloaded. Is this an option I can use? I don't need to back up stats, and it would be good to par this down a bit. Right now my ftp program says it will take 10 hours to get this back up onto my desktop computer (cable modem).

The script is working great, thank you.

May I suggest two features that would make this even better?

First, a way to exclude stats/logs, so the files would have the really important stuff (sites, users, mail), but be smaller.

Second, a way to automatically delete backups made prior to the last xx days. That way we could backup to a dir via cron once a day without fear of it getting huge.
