I'm looking to install a forum for the site and did turn around everywhere and on the help section it say the hosting have to turn it on ! did you so?

The forum software that is part of the powertools is out of date and Ensim has not updated the package. The software has too many security holes to allow it as a power tool. Please install them seperately just like any other script.

So you tell me that all your power tool advertising in your webhosting site , are not avaliable ?

Not since thousands of PHPBB sites got hacked this last month due to so many security holes no. All of the other tools are available.
